Perfect online banking experience but horrible support. There is a bug in their app because of this you can't order new cards and they offer no alternative to order new cards. Going on a business trip soon in need of a new card and now the only solution I have is to close my bank accounts and open a new one somewhere else that does have decent support. The customer service also keeps closing my tickets without a proper respone.
