I was supposed to start a clinical trial today I was very excited especially since last week I was told I was taken off the chemo because it wasn t working the spots on my lungs are now tumors and the cancer has metastasized to the L-2 or my spine. After 3 hours of sitting here, moving to another waiting place and sitting some more, having multiple blood draws, I was told that I was not eligible for the study because I did not have any areas that could be safely biopsied I knew that last week I knew that before waiting for 3 hours, and I knew that before they took 7 tubes of blood from me I am just so upset and frustrated I don t know how any such group can be so callous and heartless why did they put me through all that?
