I had booked this car service through Viator, and this car company has to be the worst I ve ever used.
After booking there is no additional email sent to verify exact details of location pick up, or what to do after you land.
I called the company phone line where I had the most unpleasant phone conversation with the lady that answered.
Keep in mind that this is my first time in NYC EVER so I don t know where I am, nor do I know the airport - yet she still had the audacity to yell at me through the phone when I could not understand a word she was saying, nor was I familiar with where exactly I was supposed to go.
Also, toll is not included in the car ride - would have been nice to have been told that ahead of time, as for someone that doesn t carry cash with them all the time.

Overall, I should have just taken an Uber to my hotel.
