Review of Vitality Medical

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received m...

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order. It's "on its way to USPS"...for the last two weeks. I emailed them to ask someone to look into it, and they replied: "It looks like your order was sent to the Post Office and it's there waiting for you"

Waiting for me? Uh...aren't they supposed to deliver it to my address like all other packages ordered online? Every other ecommerce company sends orders to the customer's address - it's why we order things online! We're not supposed to go to the post office to pick it up!

And when "Vitality Medical" emails you your tracking number, they don't even provide a link. No mention if it's Fedex, USPS, DHL, or what. I had to enter the tracking into every single carrier and eventually realized they sent it through UPS.

Will NEVER order from this company again.
