Never seen such organization and management in my life very worst support and lots of issue associates are facing , they don't even know how to manage process they just want the production if the associate is dying they will say login and then die... How cheap they are ...when someone is died in associate family one of the senior manager by name "Jatin Arora" will ask the associate to login after funeral. They are running this company by doing all fraud activities specially "Jatin Arora" and "Gaurav Sehgal" but action has taken yet even after highlighting the concern.

If someone is looking for job it's my humble request to all please don't even think of joining Cogent you can spend some more days and find some good company as God has planned your bread and butter some or the other company but please don't join Cogent and spoil your career, and who worked in Cogent and left due to the management issues, my request for them is do not mentioned Cogent company's experience in your CV coz reputed organization will reject your profile by just seeing your previous organization's name.
