Horrible customer service. I called referring an employee who was directing hate speech at LGBTQ+, a women picked up and as i was talking she interrupted me saying maam nope uhuh
they clearly do not care about horrible employees and what people have to say. I would not feel safe going to a hospital who doesnt care when a patient feels unsafe.
