There's a high turnover rate because of micromanaging by the new administration. This started right before Covid shut down the school. Most of the employees are on their cell phones and do not pay attention to the children. The parents pay a lot in tuition and would not be happy about the carelessness of the employees. The employees are very unhappy and constantly talk about leaving. They do not hire people with experience and most of the original staff left. It's unorganized and chaos everyday.
