Our pool is now 9 years old and still looks great! The few times I've needed to call maintenance for minor issues, Katie in the office provides great customer service, advice, and promptly schedules somebody to come out if needed. Recently, I ended up replacing my original 9-year old Polaris, I could not figure out why it was not holding enough pressure to operate on the bottom of the pool. Joshua was scheduled to come out, after running a few checks on the pool wall hose connector, we decided I needed to replace the unit. Katie found one in the New Braunfels Warehouse 7 miles away, Joshua drove out to get it and returned and installed it for us all very quickly. Great job to both!
