My room was barely clean (feathers and fluff on the floor). No mini bar!
It was located near the elevators making the room sound like it was above a subway station. I asked to change but the occupancy didn't allow it according to the front desk).
Even if booking sites said they had many rooms available.
It was a cold week and the heater was working but so loud that it was impossible to let run all night. The door men are friendly. Maybe too friendly, I personally don't like being tapped on the back by total strangers.
Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place but I can't rate more than 2 stars based on my last 2 stays. Will be back I'm sure and hope to see some improvements.
