We booked 4 nights to enjoy some sun, poolside relaxation, and casino fun. However they inexplicably closed the pool our second morning, and proceeded to drain it, and wouldn't offer a reopening time. We moved to a different hotel, and requested a refund, but they only refunded one night instead of two. That is so wrong. That is poor customer service, and we won't be back because of this money-grubbing g policy.
