Waiting on a reply from a manager on making this right-some type of future credit voucher on next stay or discount would be nice for our executives.
So far, we had 2 different executives stay here but received 2 different prices for rooms 3 floors up/apart.
Learning that it is better to book a reservation with a 3rd party, not directly for the better deals.
Fell for what I thought was a nice, quiet panoramic corner king room upgrade on a room for only 49.00 more but ended up being 149.00 more than another room with not much more square footage or difference.
