I was so impressed with the sales person, Mike Little. He was always calm and kind. Some of other in his team made a big mistake to me. He was willing to help me on behalf of his team member. He has never shown unpleasant emotion or made me uncomfortable. If I buy another car, I may go to him directly and will trust his quote. Thanks, Mike!
