To the head of the hospital / AMC HR department, please follow up the care / hospitality of the nurses to the patient's family. Is there no service standard here ?! Especially female nurses, have no manners.
Female nurse (IGD staff), was asked the patient's room was even bitchy answer (instead told to look for myself). The male nurse, was asked instead to play cellphone, I didn't answer.
Please fix it !! If you can fire it all !!
