The group tour was way too big couldn't see anything. Specifically asked about the baby tigers was told we had to do the two hour tour for that then later hear the employee say you can do private play with them. The employees are super rude and have a bad attitude. Unorganized and inefficient. The facility needs air conditioning and more bathrooms. Bad experience
