As a Boise native, I have seen Julia Davis Park transform over the years. We recently reserved a pavilion for a company picnic and the facilities were immaculate. I hadn't been to Julia Davis in many years and the last time I was at a picnic (same place, same facility) it was awful. There was goose droppings everywhere and we spent the first part of the event sweeping so this time I arrived early prepared to do the same thing. I was pleasantly surprised that the place was so clean. There were no droppings, the option for recycling is wonderful and I can't believe how big the trees are and the shade they provide.
