I had high hopes for my recent experience with this outdoor design company, but regrettably, it did not meet my expectations. The initial consultation seemed promising. the representative was knowledgeable and shared some creative ideas. However, as the project progressed, communication became increasingly difficult. There were delays in responses and a lack of clarity around the timelines for completion.

The quality of the materials used also raised concerns. I expected durable options given the price point, but what I received felt subpar. Additionally, the installation process was not as smooth as I anticipated. There were several instances where I had to follow up to ensure tasks were accomplished, which added to my frustration.

While I appreciate the innovative designs presented, the execution and overall management left much to be desired. I can't say I would recommend this service based on my experience.
