While the fabric selection is unbeatable, and customer service IN THE STORES is pretty great, online is another story. I've placed many online orders in the past few years, and lately, I'm getting concerned. My orders are taking almost 2 weeks, when I called to inquire (after an email stated my order would be shipping within the next 1 or 2 business days), customer service on the phone was almost beyond rude. Now, my fabric cuts are just shy of a half yard (I ordered half yard cuts), and the other while a generous cut, started out at 18.5 on the bottom and ended up 18 1/4 at the top. I sent an email last week with attachments/pictures showing the miscuts, and have received no communication. How disappointing as I loved to make the trip to Hamilton several times a year with a group of friends. I sent another email this morning, I'm hoping I'm not disappointed.
