Very disappointed in there attitude especially the young lady behind the counter.
I am a local contractor came in and was looking for a small counter top and a saddle, they where to get back to me on pricing and days later never got a callback. I can in and questioned why I was never called and she said there very busy now, Melvin I guess the owner is never here he's out on the field? Guys are very busy and she still could not give me a day when they can get to it but she keeps saying you can go somewhere else? This is the service and respond you get from these people when they have no intrest to do anything especially for a contractor when there to busy. Bad bussness!! If you need reliable people and can get you what you need quickly then go to Granite Tops in Roselle, they have about 30 people working in is a top of the line shop with all multi millionaire dollar machinery . And there prices are very competitive.
I would not even give JR Stone 1 Star but had no other option.
