Just had simple questions regarding possibly doing a cash-out refi on my home. Loan officer Mashell Neal took this opportunity to run my credit and put together a loan package using the last 4 digits of my SS#. How he got that, I don't know. I didn't authorize this inquiry. Complained to his supervisor Alec McCurdy 3x now. First complaint he'll review the audio tape with Marshell. Other two complaints, he's ignored! Meanwhile I keep getting junk emails from Intelliloan and have an unauthorized inquiry on my credit. I've complained to Lending Tree as well as BBB and nothing.

Total scam artists.

EDIT... This issue finally got to the VP who investigated. A letter was sent to the effect of you contacted us, per some Act, we had a right to run your credit for a loan package therefore we will not remove this inquiry off your credit report.
Horrible business practices IMO!
