My daughter did starcamp in summer of 2019. Had a great time so thought we would send her again in summer 2020. Due to Covid 19 unfortunately they would not be running the camp this year. A refund was not an option until July 2021 which I didn't think was acceptable. I'm looking to move in the beginning of 2021 and will not be living here anymore but unfortunately they will still not offer a refund. Really disappointing service considering the company's reputation. A refund should always be the first thing company's offer in situations out of everyones control. It's hard for businesses but even harder for individuals
