This has been an unbelievable rollercoaster ride of regret and anger with this company. I own a business, I had other people within my business receive cpay as well. What a mustake. Our rep is terrible. The company is no help. We have been left to fend for ourselves. By the end of this month we will all be away from your company and its fraudulent ways. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking advantage of small business owners and sneaking in charges that were never discussed, overcharging the original contract agreements. Complaints going on deaf ears. All 9 of us are contacting the better business bureau. Goodluck to all the newbies who join you. Btw Tom is our rep and he's awful!!! Your customer service team is no better, what type of training do you actually do?!
