This will be my third semester here as a student and I have yet to experience service this terrible. I tried to order my books the first day I was able to and they had a technical difficulty, so I called the bookstore and they told me to expect a call the next day, no call. I called them that day and they told me to expect another phone call within the next two days, it's going on day 5, and no phone call, now the books I need are on backorder, not that I could order them anyways. Also, the Financial Aid office has delayed the processing of my financial aid due to a mistake they made, twice. I also made weekly phone calls to figure it out, and now I have to wait three week for everything to process, that puts me 4 days before the start of the semester to find out if I have financial aid or not. Needless to say, I am past frustrated.
