I came to Kleinfeld's at my fiance's urging. I didn't think we could find a dress in our budget and as a queer couple and a plus size bride, I was admittedly hesitant. I am so pleased to report that all concerns were unfounded and I had an AMAZING experience with Kleinfeld in no small part due to our consultant Shay.

You could tell that he really cares about what he does an treats a bride with a modest budget like mine with the same care as he does with a five or six figure budget.

He asked many questions about style, who I am as a person, our venue and my aesthetic. The first dress he pulled was unbelievably "The One"! I wasn't ready to pull the trigger that day and he was very understanding. We came back six weeks later to purchase and met with him again to get fitted and select the color and veil.

In both experiences I had zero issues as an LGBTQ bride and a plus size bride. In fact, I felt like my presence there was celebrated. I am so excited to find my dream dress and so grateful for such a positive experience, all while sticking to my budget.
