Supervisor of carriers refuses to allow mail delivery to residence because mailbox moved to house from curb to accommodate handicapped resident. NO ANIMALS AT THIS ADDRESS!

Clearly a bureaucratic overreach.

The clerks are very helpful but supervisors have no interest in helping.
