I have been contributing to this program for years. They are courteous, consistent, and caring. Those traits apply to their outreach for items needed by those they serve. It is also the likely reason it is successful. You can just get a feeling of humanity regardless of who you speak with. To provide pickup at your door explains the extent of their outreach.
