Worst after sales service ever at Shelly BMW since...

Worst after sales service ever at Shelly BMW since bought this car. No wonder why stll a loyal fan of Mercedes brand.Bought this BMW only and multiple MBs for my wife and kids.Love my & series but hate the the service part not good at all.
