Brought in my high end Dell computer to find out what was wrong, left it there with software to be installed. A few weeks later I was called and said it was probably the "hard drive failure" the gentleman said it's not cost effective to repair it! I said "probably" doesn't help me, please get back to me. I received a call a month later stating "he could build me one with the same specs or better. Never heard from him again. It's been a year and I had my number changed a month ago, so I was catching up on people who may not have known, I stopped in, only to find parts of the computer in a box along with my software. I asked was there a computer made? " not sure, but if there was, it's long gone. Also "it states on the form, hardware dropped off after 30 days of job completion will be parted out. Ok, funny how my signature or date is not on the form!! The computer that they were going to build was $150! The dell computer was worth $2000 not quite exactly a fair trade, especially when I never got it.
