Maybe I got the wrong sushi chef? Since the menu is not very inventive, I expected laser focus on quality and execution of a purist sushi shop. However, to me the qualify of sashimi was just so, and the sushi and maki execution was just sloppy. Will give it one more try and ask for a different chef...
