Horrible service the last 2 times I have been. Both times were take out pizza. The first time they messed my pizza up which was ok everyone makes mistakes but instead of apologizing and remaking the waiter stood there and argued with me and said that is what I ordered, I order the same pizza everytime I order(pepp,bacon) he proceeded to tell me I was a lier so I asked for the manager and she did handle him and remade my pizza. The 2nd time I called a take out order in at 8:47 pm and the waitress asked what I wanted to because they closed at 9 and I understand that so I told her I wanted a pizza for take out and she told me that a PIZZA takes 20 mins to cook so she couldn t do it. So I hung up then thought about it and called back talked with a manager and the manager stood up for her saying that she didn t say she couldn t make it, I had my phone of speaker 2 others heard the waitress also when she said she couldn t make it. The manager said she would make it and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I went up there about 15 mins later to get my pizza and the rude waitress was at register waiting for me never spoke to me at all, then tossed my change to me very rudely so I spoke and told her she did not have to be so rude and she just smiled. I got my pizza and walked out and she started laughing so I turned around and explained to her how unprofessional she was. This restaurant is right down the road from my house and the food is fairly decent that s why we order from there but I will be taking my business elsewhere now. Before the new owners took over it was a much better atmosphere.
