They sell a product with incorrect description (in the case of a dryer with incorrect data both in terms of depth and duration of cotton washing). You ask for the withdrawal but they inform you that you have to pay for the transport costs acquired. They refuse to possibly make a discount on the purchase price due to the inconvenience caused.
