Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
We booked the room by calling the reservation number and booked the Queen Suite because the person handling reservations specifically told us that there are 2 rooms in the suite and the 2 beds are in separate rooms. Once we got to our room, however, the beds were both together just like in the regular queen room. Additionally, the room was still dirty in places after it was supposedly thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. After we spoke to a manager about the cleanliness we also raised the concern about the room not being the way we were told. He mentioned he will speak to the front desk but nobody ever got back to us.
Another disappointment were the restrooms throughout the hotel. Both, the one at the lobby and the one at the pool were disgusting and smelled really bad.
I m not a picky person but this experience was horrible considering the room cost over $300/night. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
