I can not say enough good things about Serviceone. My water heater quit working and as a new homeowner I was frantic about the cost of replacement as well as finding the time to get it put in while finding time to sleep during the day as I am a night RN. Set up the appointment for the service call and it did not take any time at all for Mike L , the technician, to tell me what was wrong. And since the technician was ahead of schedule for the day The new water heater was put in by 11am( Thanks to Marty A and delivering said water heater) and it now up to code. What would have cost $1400 was replaced and running for less than $350. Thanks ServiceOne! saved! Thanks
