(Dis) SPID service, I give 1 star because ZERO is not expected.
Following "Short" sad story ...

I started the identification procedure through the recognition in person on July 1st 2020, the different systems estimate a time between 3 and 15 minutes ... You are really optimistic!

After downloading the app and entering all the data I was stuck the first time, the application crashed frequently but in the end I managed and went to the post office in crescenzago (MI) where, after an hour of row I was sent back first by the operator then by the director because a different place of release was specified on the passport (I entered Tivoli in the province of Rome where I went to request a passport and not Rome, the regional capital, which issues passports as per law), all other data were correct, passport number, name, surname, date of birth, CF.
If the phase of recognition of person serves, in fact, to recognize the person a little elasticity would not spoil since the same person was the one present at the counter and that the data useful by law to identify a citizen matched.
The manager then invited me to call the toll-free number to modify the data, after 7 attempts and 25 minutes I can finally speak to the operator who tells me that they CANNOT modify the data in any way but I have to do it.
I can therefore change the data only from the PC not from the app!
The following day I go to the office in via Durazzo always in Milan and, after showing the documents to the operator, she tells me that the identification procedure was successful and that soon I will receive the confirmation email, this was happening on 2 July 24 hours after the procedure began, today 4 July, having not yet received any email, I go to a third post office, Tivoli (RM) where the operator at the counter tells me that my data is not there, white ( I saw the screen), amazed I ask what can I do now:
"or wait 10 days for the procedure to expire or call the toll-free number", again ...
I call the toll-free number and the operator on the phone informs me that my application is being identified, I inform her that I had gone to the office for recognition and she replies that it is as if it had never happened.
Result?
On the FOURTH day I am forced to cancel the procedure and start again.

You are SHAME!
