Over the past 1.5 years, I've been dealing with a medical condition that keeps me going back to the hospital. I originally chose St Luke's TMC location to go get treated mid last year. I regret ever going to St Luke's TMC. Within the last couple of months, I finally had my medical documentation transferred to Methodist because I couldn't take it anymore. (By the way Methodist is amazing in every way.)

My main issue involves the customer service representatives (specifically in ER and Billing departments) that answer the phones. These staff members at St Luke's TMC location are some of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. I have been hung up on multiple times, I have been transferred in the middle of talking after catching some serious attitude, and I have been talked in a very unprofessional manner (belittled, laughed at, etc). I have never experienced anything this absurd. I've asked several times for a manager to call me back to discuss my experiences, and a manager never calls me back.

If you have the option to go to a different hospital that accepts your insurance, do yourself a huge favor and bypass St Luke's TMC so you don't have to deal with their awful customer service representatives. The doctors and nurse staff weren't that bad honestly, but they weren't the best either. Again, my main issue is with the phone representatives rather than the actual staff members that help better the patients' health issues.

The only reason I gave this review a star is because the posting required a star to complete the post. I hope that prospective patients get the proper care and treatment they need and deserve, from a different healthcare provider that actually cares about their patients.
