Rarely available to help at the gun counter. Always people up there at the counter that have no intention of buying a firearm but waste others' time who are there to actually buy something. I have had several firearm transfers sent to Bass Pro and it is a nightmare every time trying to get it transferred. I just had a firearm delay last a whole month, A WHOLE MONTH TO VERIFY I AM NOT A FELON..which is a joke. Never had a felony ever. Don't try calling on a Tuesday at 12:30pm because apparently that is their busiest time of the week. Also, Thursday at 11:20am is their busiest time...apparently, because no one has time to answer the phone. Sat on hold for 35 minutes on a Saturday as well, which must also be their busiest time of the week. I have given up at this point and will now be shopping elsewhere after spending thousands at Bass Pro. But....the employees are friendly. So friendly that after you tell the greeter that you already have a Bass Pro credit card he is pressuring you to sign up for, then proceeds to say "So what? You can get another one."
What a wonderful time at Bass Pro it has been *fart noise with mouth*
