My husband surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday. The spa definitely had some unexpected, out of their control situations occur that day that made our experience less than expected. We are repeat customers and have never had an issue or concern with our services or experience before. Our concerns were listened to and taken serious by Deb. She truly wanted to insure we continued to have a 5 star experience. The professionalism and curtesy surpassed our expectations and we are excited to return.
