I travelled on 7 th Jan ,it was worst service .bus...

I travelled on 7 th Jan ,it was worst service .bus was breakdown,it took 3 hours to repair in between they didn't arrange any alternative, though the staff is punctual only collecting money for bus fare.Staffs handle the customers like slave, could not ask sorry for breakdown.i lost my govt job exam cause bus arrived on 11.00 AM only.Drivers conduct was too bad,they are ordering the passengers like slave.pls don't took this bus service if you want to be on time any place......
