I turned to VidaEdu to do an Au Pair program. I was held in the matching phase with families for about 1 month. With the date approaching, and having a late reply to one of the emails "The colleague who is dealing with your case is absent from vacation" I started looking for families on the FREE aupairworld platform and in 3 days I already had 16 families interested parties. Now VidaEdu is refusing to return the money already invested ( 185!). Bad experience with VidaEdu, great experience with the AuPair program that I am doing using aupairworld, so I advise you to venture into an Au Pair without throwing money in the trash, as I did, when having VidaEdu as an intermediary.
