I would recommend other medical providers to stay away from this third-party administration. The worst health insurance company ever. Don't ever expect them to pay contracted providers smoothly, they've never been! Claims are always sitting there intact for months. No response, no confirmation, no payment, and nothing at all. The only thing ASH ever gives is denials (capitalized) on claims which are completely legit in terms of billing and coding. Providers have to call endlessly and file complaints with the state for attentions on issues raised. Awful.
