My experience at Crestmont was not bad. However the 2 vehicles we test drove were not even close to nice vehicles. The outside they looked okay but on the inside they were a nasty. But the worst part was the salesman. We told him we could only afford a certain amount and he kept trying to put us into a more expensive car that I knew we couldn't afford. He was getting mad at me because I kept repeating myself that I didn't want to look at a car I couldn't afford. It got to the point where my wife and I had to just walk away. Make sure you check every detail of there cars and don't allow to bully you into a more expensive car.
