Steve did my home inspection on my first home purchase. He explained everything he was seeing to me; big things that needed to be fixed and small things that I could do to make my new home more comfortable. He answered all of my questions. His final report was detailed and very easy to understand, most likely because everything in his report was discussed in person. And I mean everything! There was nothing in the inspection report that we didn't talk about. Steve made me feel comfortable through the while process.
