The dresses are lovely and the customer service is not bad. I had a problem with the miscommunication of their policies. I went to the national bridal sale to purchase my wedding dress. I was told I had to pay $25 to set up my appointment and if I purchase a dress that day of my appointment that $25 will be applied to my dress balance. My $25 was never applied to my dress and I called about it afterwards once I noticed it my receipt. I was told it depends on the bag the dress was in when I exit the store. That was not discussed with me prior to booking and purchasing my dress. I was finally told I will get a credit back on my card and to please allow 3-5 business days and four weeks later. I never received my $25 back. I sent them a follow up email but I never got a response back. I recently called the bridal shop back but nobody answered my phone call. I left a voicemail and asked for a manager but nobody returned my call. It's not about the money but the principal.
