This is a review for an item not yet received but for those thinking about ordering from Ladder Company leather this is for you. I spent about two months researching a new radio strap after replacing my 20 year old strap. I was drawn immediately to the choices available and the look of the craftmanship. I then was very impressed by getting a request from Alex with his phone number to call him as he had some questions. He didn't assume anything and wanted to make sure my strap was received exactly how I was hoping for. I really appreciated this and it left quite an impression on me.
