Terribly bad!

Terribly bad!
Had to pay so-called '' reminder fees '' on reminders they never sent out and penalty fees for technical problems at the bank. Unpleasant customer service and totally nonchalant degrading treatment. Forced to pay 75% more than the actual amount of the bill - Encourages everyone to turn to any bank other than this one!
