DO NOT WASH THE GLASSES but only rinse and dry them
Tables are stocked with dirty American placemats
The staff pretend not to understand
Upon arrival they completely explain NOTHING !!
Only 4 days later we discovered the existence of the bracelets to have the drinks and the sauna and jacuzzi
On the last day we discovered a swimming pool equipped for children with a bar in the water, too bad it is dirty as well as the toys in the garden (dirty with urine)
The village is quite large arranged in height a bit heavy to do it several times a day and there are no internal means.
Their all-inclusive vision is a bit particular .... X everything they want money!
The cuisine (international) is creepy, we went ahead with bread, and to make it even more disgusting is the clientele (practically all Arabs and Russians) who even caught eating and spitting at the buffet.
The mini club is practically non-existent!
It was mentioned on purchase but when we asked they laughed at us .... Instead we found the structure, but CLOSED!
The animation is also almost non-existent and only RUSSIAN ....
There is an amphitheater where in almost 15 days nothing was organized ...
The room the first 5 days was acceptable because we gave a tip, then they changed staff and practically did not come we had to even report it.
We also had several guests, like a giant cockroach and ants ....

In short, a nightmare !!!
