Before I checked out, I made a point of telling the front desk staff that I had parked my vehicle elsewhere the first night of my stay because the hotel key didn t work. When I received the emailed folio the following day, the parking was incorrect. I called that day to ask for an updated bill and the hotel staff said they would email it to me.

On Saturday, still no email, so I called again and left a message with the hotel accounting department. A while later I tried again and was able to speak to front desk staff again. They also took my name, email address, number.

Sunday afternoon - still nothing and my expense report is due Monday. I called again, explained again, the front desk staff said she would call back before she left for the day, and again no returned call or voicemail or email.

I stay in Marriotts almost every week for work... typically it does not take over five attempts to resolve a simple parking charge issue and I m surprised and disappointed that this is preventing me from timely reporting of expenses.
