Worst organisation with worst management. Always having issues while crediting salaries and the management do deduction in your hard earned money without even informing you proactively. Cogent the worst company, Never ever going to recommend or come again to this organisation. Also, people actually in the higher management are running this company on illegal terms with not following the rules they made.
