😊 I've been going to Pilates Plus of Bonita Springs for a while now and I can't recommend it enough! The instructors are fantastic and create a positive and motivating environment. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling energized. The studio has a great vibe and the equipment is top-notch. Pilates Plus has definitely helped improve my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being!
