I hope and pray to God that you never have to go to this place, either as a patient or as a visitor!
I don't even know why this place is open for business! Why is this the only major general hospital in this big city?
The staff here is unprofessional, unclean, rude, condescending...I can go on. The security guards are a bunch of bullies who make it hard for people to visit their dying loved ones. They are unprofessional and they hit on women who go there. There are not there to do their job but rather to interact with women and try to collect their phone numbers.
The nurses never see their patients, they send their CNAs once every 4 hours. No one responds to that red button that is designed to call for help. What if patients is dying and needs immediate life-threatening help? This place should be sued. Bunch of money-hungry, unprofessional bums!
