I used to visit the Underground all the time when I was a teenager visiting Atlanta and I loved it back then. It was a great spot to shop and people watch. I think it has slowly gone downhill. I've been to a few clubs out there when I first moved to Atlanta but it's a little dangerous to hang out there now and the place is run down. I wouldn't suggest it.
